I had the pleasure of staying at Central Backpackers with my elderly parents, and I was thoroughly impressed by how accommodating the staff was towards them, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout our stay. The efficient air conditioning in our room was a godsend as the weather was scorching, providing a cool and pleasant environment for us to relax in. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of Hanoi, where we enjoyed the complimentary evening beers and breakfast, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring the bustling city. The hostel's prime location in the heart of the old quarter made it convenient for us to access nearby eateries like New Day Restaurant and Chopsticks, further enhancing our cultural experience in this vibrant city. My heartfelt thanks to the exceptional staff for making our stay truly memorable.
